Material
The post and base unit are manufactured from 75 ×
75 × 3mm square steel tube for strength and
durability. The system includes four heavy-duty
wheels with a locking gear mechanism to secure
the unit in position. An integrated winch system
allows easy tightening of the net. All steel
components are hot-dip galvanized and powder
coated in RAL 6005 for superior corrosion
resistance. Supplied complete with a nylon tennis
net suitable for outdoor use.
All components are assembled using SS316 fasteners
and finished with hot-dip galvanizing followed by
powder coating for superior corrosion resistance.
